Your Tasks
- Based from our offices in Warwick, working under a hybrid office/home arrangement with customer site visits as required, you will be responsible for the completion of plant and robotic installation projects within budget, on time and to quality objectives.
Your Skills
- Proven project management experience of capital plant supply and installation, gained within automotive, aerospace or related industries.
- Proven experience working with and driving performance of cross-functional teams. Must be able to create positive, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers, operations personnel, sales, and other functional areas.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Experience with project financial tracking and cost reporting. Ability to prepare project progress reports with cash flow and cost projections.
- Good knowledge of project management principles, techniques and tools.
- Experience of MS Project and of using SAP preferred.
- You will be methodical and accurate with strong communication and problem solving skills.
- You will be self motivated and have the ability to prioritise and plan workloads and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- You will need to have a flexible approach and be able to work independently and within a team.
You will need to be flexible with regard to travel and working time since projects will take you around both the UK and possibly overseas. Coordination and liaison with overseas sister companies will be required.
