  • Als Ansprechpartner bearbeiten Sie Support-Anfragen unserer Kunden im iTAC Applikation Help Desk und der Hotline des Support-Teams
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Administration von Kundensystemen unter Microsoft Windows, Linux und unserer MES/MOM Lösung
  • Die Durchführung von Installationen und Upgrades unserer Standardsoftware iTAC.MES.Suite wird von Ihnen eigenständig durchgeführt und verantwortet

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine Technische Ausbildung, einen Hochschulabschluss oder sind Techniker
  • Sie besitzen Erfahrungen im Bereich Systemintegration und IT-Support
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie umfangreiche Kenntnisse zur Administration von Microsoft Windows und Linux Server Betriebssystemen mit
  • Grundlegende Datenbankkenntnisse in Oracle und MS/SQL Server sind bei Ihnen vorhanden
  • Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch moderne Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gutes methodisches Vorgehen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
