Odor emissions arise from many industrial applications. Thermal exhaust air treatment processes became state of the art technology in odor control during the last years. The most effective technical solution is the regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO), which combines the advantages of a thermal oxidizer with highest energy efficiency through the integrated heat recovery.

EFPRA represents the European animal by-product processing sector. Its objective: to continually improve the safety, security and sustainability of European food production by efficiently processing animal fats and other by-products. At the EFPRA Congress 2019, Dürr will present different air pollution control sytems for this industry sector. More information about rendering and the congress here.
