Overspray-free paint application

Thanks to Dürr's new technology, it is now possible to apply coatings with sharp edges in industrial painting without masking. The special feature of the EcoPaintJet is that the automatic applicator works without overspray and thus saves paint. This is particularly interesting for all areas where large areas have to be coated in a short time - including quick color changes. Individualization in the form of simple patterns is also possible with the EcoPaintJet.

Paint recovery, ring pipe supply and application sets for third party robots are just three examples of our ready2integrate family. They are all pre-engineered but delivered as single products which provides the flexibility to mount them as desired. Our ready2integrate products offer efficient product combinations and a high-quality surface. Our sets contain all the required components from the paint supply to the automated paint application.
