The increasing variety of products requires more advanced production concepts, as well as an adaptable control of the material flow. In this context, the intelligent software solution DXQlogistics.control controls AGVs to enable a flexible and scalable paint shop. Hereby, the digital product automatically prearranges transport orders by taking the workloads and suitability of appropriate workstations into account. The route can be adjusted as needed to avoid unproductive standby time as well as downtime in the event of disruptions. In the light of highly flexible, complex processes, the software helps to optimize production capacity utilization.
