The fillings stations made by Dürr meet the highest quality and safety standards as well as the highest performance control.

Our Compact filling stations are customised to your assembly process requirements

Dürr Somac fillings stations convince by easily selectable, pre-programmed processes and ergonomic, well balanced and drip free filling adapters. Regardless of the version and the series, all Dürr filling systems meet a uniform filling standard.
In addition, our compact filling systems have wheels, so you can use them stationary or mobile. Durability and ease of maintenance are an additional benefit of our filling stations.
The systems flexibly adapt to your assembly process with barcode readers for type selection and network connection for process data acquisition.

The fault diagnosis and sensor calibration are conveniently carried out on the built-in display of the compact filling systems.

With its 1250 x 850 x 1500 millimeters, Dürr's Compact Filling System is not only unique, but fits in every production. Optimized for high availability and tailored to your specific processes, layouts and operating requirements, our Compact filling systems help improve your filling quality, ergonomics and initial filling rates.

 

We find the best fluid combinations and line balance for efficient filling processes in your assembly line.
Our Compact filling systems have a modular structure to allow different layout compositions.
All components are easily accessible and can be replaced quickly. All manometers, pushbuttons and valve isles are visible from the outside just as the filling level of the tank. The fluids are supplied from two barrels with automatic changeover.

Up to two drip free pneumatically clamping filling adapters with integrated valves, ergonomically balanced for a one-hand operation are connected to the filling station via a valve quick connection manifold.

Compact X

The specialist for break repair areas

Especially for the brake repair areas Dürr - as the only supplier - offers all our in-house competence in one Compact X filling station, combining three processes

  • Vacuum pressure filling
  • ABS brake bleeding (rework process according to ABS specification)
  • Brake pedal testing

One built-in industrial PC controls all three processes visualising simultaneously the processes and the hydraulics, the pneumatics and the electrics of the filling station and storing all process results in a database.

All hydraulic and all electrical components located in the Compact Ex fuel filling area are explosion proof and certified. The approved vapour sensor technology is part of the machine. The filling station can be connected to the plant safety system via interfaces ready to use.
