EcoAUC

EcoAUC control system - Reviving application products

The EcoAUC control system allows to operate color change systems from the EcoMCC family with up to 10 colors. Dosing is carried out using the high efficient gear dosing pump EcoPump9 GW or the compact paint pressure regulator EcoFlow. To maximize efficiency, the integrated control for a high speed rotary atomizer can be extended by a high tension cascade for external or direct charge. EcoAUC can also control various automatic spray guns with air spray, airless or air-assist application technology as well as the EcoPaintJet.

EcoPUC A

EcoPUC A - intelligent monitoring of pneumatic pumps

The EcoPUC A is an intrinsically safe control unit, used to monitor pneumatic pumps while in operation. It is ideal for EcoPump VP or EcoPump HP. A reed-sensors enables the EcoPUC A to count the pumps current number of cycles. Additionally an intelligent algorithm identifies when the pump runs dry. The integrated solenoid valve stops the pump when running dry, to avoid excessive wear. The EcoPUC A also reminds the maintenance personnel when the pump seals have to be exchanged. A Profibus PA interface allows to intercommunicate with external PlCs.
