We are delighted to meet you at this year’s Automotive Circle. Together with our customer, Porsche, we outline the collaboration to drive the digitalization in the automatic identification of systematic quality problems and the improvement of the output.
By digitally recording quality data for each workpiece during surface inspection, and capturing process parameters, alarms, and anomalies from individual process steps, the DXQplant.analytics software offers an innovative approach. The software can recognize patterns and correlations in the data, thus providing early warnings for quality issues. It also assists in pinpointing and addressing the root cause of quality problems. Furthermore, artificial intelligence can learn from previous quality problems to anticipate future patterns early on, contributing to a more effective and sustainable production process.
