We are delighted to meet you at this year’s Automotive Circle. Together with Moritz Gessner, MHP, Vera Bächle presents a contect for the holistic analysis of quality information in the paint shop. The software solutions DXQplant.analytics and paint_it offer an innovative approach through the digital recording of quality data for each workpiece during surface inspection and the recording of process parameters, alarms and anomalies form individual process steps. The software recognizes patterns and correlations in the data, thus providing early warnings for quality issues. It also assists in pinpointing and addressing the root cause of quality problems. Furthermore, artificial intelligence can learn from previous quality problems to anticipate future patterns early on, contributing to a more effective and sustainable production process.
