Closed Loop

The Closed Loop analytics module was developed for the automatic control of presetting at rear axle setting stations. Here, the axles are synchronized and analyzed with the measurement results in final assembly based on type information and vehicle identification number.

Automatically calculated correction values can be conveniently transferred to the rear axle setting stations via the web interface to improve the setting accuracy in advance. This allows corrections to be made depending on the type and system. Manual correction is also possible.

Analysis of the measured values from rear-axle setting stations and wheel alignment stand relating to presetting
Processing of the data and provision of suggested offset values
Optional manual adjustment of the offset values
Transfer of offset values to selected systems at the push of a button
