Paint shop warranty claim processing
The warranty claim processing team is responsible for processing all warranty claims relating to paint shop system projects. This includes both purchased equipment and the functionality of the plant that is sold. Successful warranty claim processing requires close cooperation with the customer and the internal engineering departments to develop a technical solution.
Our warranty claim processing team
- The customer forwards warranty issues using the notice of defect to the warranty claim processing team.
- The project leader evaluates the notice of defect with the help of the relevant technical departments and decides whether the warranty claim is justified.
- If the claim is justified, the project leader adds a warranty issue in the Dürr Project Center and informs the customer.
- The project leader defines the technical solution and draws up an action plan in consultation with the customer.
- After the warranty issue has been approved by the customer, it is closed in the Project Center.
