Warranty processing for application technology is responsible for processing all warranty claims for failed components in the field of robot and application technology. Successful warranty processing requires close cooperation with the customer in order to be able to derive long-term troubleshooting after analyzing the cause.
Our warranty processing procedure
- The customer notifies the Repairs/Warranty Team of any components that are the subject of a complaint by submitting a notice of defect or a completed online form and sends the component to Dürr for further investigation.
- The Repairs/Warranty team checks the warranty process with the specialist department/supplier and decides whether the warranty claim is justified.
- In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will receive the component repaired or a new part returned free of charge.
- If the warranty claim is rejected, the customer will receive an offer for the repair of the component or for a new part in exchange.
